Jaden and Logan each had Christmas programs at their schools and when you throw in the church Christmas party - we had a lot of songs to practice this year!
The church program was pretty low key and much to our delight and surprise Logan stood up there normally and blended in with the other kids (unlike his school performance).
Cannon didn't get to perform, but he did look cute watching.
Scott and some of his friends played the bells for the Elders Quorum number.
Jaden did a great job at his school performance. Sadly the memorable part of this performance was the letter from school the next day saying that someone in his class had head lice and oops sorry the kids were all switching around elf hats the day before. We lucked out and didn't have lice show up, but I checked the kids like crazy everyday for a weeks just to make sure.
Sweet little Logan lives in his own world most of the time and that included his school Christmas program. He ended up standing in the front row where everyone could see him all dressed up in his suit looking so handsome. As the songs started Logan starred around for awhile and then started making really weird faces like opening his mouth as wide as he could and singing in what appeared to be slow motion. During the next song Logan decided to take off his suit coat, then his tie, and then he untucked his dress shirt. At his point I was pretty nervous what was coming next, hoping it wasn't his pants! Luckily for all of us that was as far as it went. The best part of the night was afterwards we told him he did a nice job and he so proudly said "thanks!" He really had no idea he doing anything different than any of the other kids.
